Welcome to Quantra, an AI software platform operated by Capital George, a company registered in the Netherlands ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Quantra platform, located at tryquantra.com and any related services, features, content, or applications (collectively, the “Service”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use Quantra. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
2. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Use of the Service

You may not:

Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code.
Use the Service to generate or distribute unlawful, misleading, or harmful content.
4. Payment & Subscriptions
Certain features require a paid subscription. Pricing and plan details are available on the platform and may change at our discretion. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis unless canceled.
You may cancel at any time via your dashboard. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless required by law.

5. Intellectual Property
All rights, titles, and interests in the Service, including its software, design, and content, are owned by Capital George. You retain ownership of content you provide, but grant us a limited license to use it to operate the Service.
The AI-generated content is licensed to you for business use, subject to these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring it complies with applicable laws.
6. AI-Generated Content
Quantra uses machine learning models to generate content based on your input. While we aim for high-quality output, we do not guarantee accuracy, originality, or fitness for a particular purpose.
You must review all AI-generated content before publishing or using it commercially. Capital George is not liable for any issues arising from its use.
7. Data & Privacy
We collect and process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
You agree not to upload or process sensitive personal data unless explicitly required and agreed upon.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends immediately.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding reliability, availability, or accuracy.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Capital George will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or any loss of profits or data, resulting from your use of the Service.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Capital George from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
12. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
